These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please print a copy of these Terms and Conditions and retain for future reference.

- Eligibility: Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland) and Republic of Ireland, entrants must be aged 18 or over. The following are excluded from entry:
- Directors, management, and employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies.
- Associated agents or suppliers of the Promoter, or any third parties who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; and
- Members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
- Requirements: Entrants must purchase a qualifying product (full list at clause 8), retain receipt and have Internet access, mobile number, and email address.
Original receipts may be requested to validate a claim, receipts must be kept for each and every manual entry and this must pre-date the date entry was made.
- Main Promotional Period: The opening date and time for receipt of entries is 00:00 on 1st Sept 2025 and the closing date and time for receipt of entries is 23:59 23rd November 2025 (the “Closing Date”).
- Draw Dates:
- Final Draw Period: For those entering between 00:00 on 24th November and 23:59 on 31st December 2025 (‘Final Draw Period’) there will be one final draw to win £1,000 (“Final Draw”) via BACS. Entries to the Final Draw are limited to 1 entry per unique mobile number & email per person per day and a max of 2 per week.
- Entry Instructions:
- Mobile telephone numbers must be linked to an active account with a recognised telephone services provider. The account holder must be the same person completing the Registration details indicated below.
- Entrants may have a maximum of 1 entry per unique mobile number & email per person per day and a max of 2 per weekly draw.
- Every manual entry after the entrant’s second entry, will receive a bonus auto-entry.
- Entrants that enter more than once, will receive a bonus auto-entry that will boost their entries up to a max of 3 in total (2 manual entries + 1 bonus auto-entry) in the first weekly draw & a maximum of 4 in total weekly, from week 2 onwards (2 manual entries + 2 bonus auto-entries).
- Maximum of 47 entries per unique mobile number & email per person in total during the main promotional period.
- All entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than 23:59 on the closing date for that draw. All entries received after the closing date for that draw are automatically entered into the next draw – subject to the maximum entry of 3 entries per draw in total in week 1 and 4 entries per draw in total from week 2 onwards. All non-winning entries made into each draw do not roll over to any further draws.
- All entries received after the campaign Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
- Entry may only be made online on our web page using the method described immediately below. Claims by any other means (for example postal claims) shall not be accepted.
To enter:
- You must purchase a qualifying Flipz product (see clause 8 for full list) within the Promotional Period. Retain receipt.
- Following your purchase, scan QR code or go to winwithflipz.co.uk and enter your details.
- Complete your registration by entering your full name, email address, mobile phone number, batch code and barcode found on the outside of the promotional pack.
- On completion of a valid entry, you will see a page confirming your entry into the prize draw for that period with respect to sub clause (a-h) (see full list of draw periods at clause 5).

- The Promoter will not accept:
- Responsibility for entries that are late, incorrect, illegible, incomplete, defaced, corrupt, lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, hardware or software failure of any kind or any other reason; or
- Proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Prize Promotion.
- No third party or bulk entries. Entries via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent that either an entrant or household is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, fraudulently falsifying data, acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase the entrant’s entries or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these entrants will be disqualified, and any prize entitlement will be void. Entrants are advised to take care when entering their details; the Promoter is not responsible for mistypes.
- Main Prizes: There are twelve (12) prizes available in in the main draw period in total. Each prize consists of one (1) x £1,000. Prizes are limited to one per household.
Final Prize: There is one (1) prize available in the final draw period in total. The prize consists of one (1) x £1,000 (‘Final Prize’).
- Winner Selection: Thirteen (13) winners will be selected according to the draw date table at clause 5, at random via an automated computerised program under the supervision of an independent adjudicator on the draw date specified, from all valid entries received each week during the entry periods specified at clause 5.
- Winner Notification: The winners only will be notified that they have won. The winner will be notified via text message to the mobile number used on entry, within 1 week of Winner Selection. They will be sent a unique claim link and will be required to provide their full name, date of birth, postal address (including postcode or Eircode). Winners residing in the UK will have their prize awarded via BACS. UK winners must provide their UK bank account number and sort code and winners residing in the ROI will be required to provide their bank account IBAN number. Bank details supplied must be in the winner’s name. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winners. If a winner does not claim within 14 days of the winner notification text, a replacement winner will be selected in the same manner as outlined in clause 13.
- There is no alternative prize, in whole or part. The prize is not transferable. The decisions of the Promoter are final in relation to the promotion.
- Prize Delivery: Winners will receive their prize payments via bank transfer within 28 days of a valid claim. Winners’ resident in the ROI will be paid via bank transfer in Great British Pound Sterling that will then be converted to Euros at the currency exchange rate published by Lloyds Bank PLC on the day and time that the prize is fulfilled.
- The Winner must submit their prize claim using their legal name. The Promoter may verify the eligibility of prize winners. The Promoter will require such information that it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a Prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
- The prize winner may be invited to participate in publicity, including their names and photographs being used for promotional purposes and/or reasonable requests to take part in the Promoter’s publicity.
- By entering this Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that if he or she is a Winner, his or her surname and county may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any winner may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter via email with the subject title 8401 Flipz – ‘Grab a Grand’ at info@winners-list.com. In these circumstances the winner acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose such information in full to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
- The winners’ surnames and counties may be requested by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: 8401 Flipz – Grab a Grand – Winner List, PO Box 906, Chilton, Aylesbury, HP22 9HR and will be available for a period of 4 weeks from 13/01/2026.
- The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, except for death or personal injury, arising out of the administration of prize draws, or out of the winner’s or any third party’s enjoyment of the prizes.
- Where a Winner has been found to be in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions and in particular where a person is in breach of the entry restrictions, the Promoter may nevertheless still enforce its right to disqualify that person and require the return or reimbursement to the Promoter of any Prize even where a prize has been awarded and/or actually provided to the entrant or Winner in question.
- Prizes are awarded at the promoter’s discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.
- If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
- If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
- The promotion is governed by the laws of England and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
